How to lose weight naturally

What do you think is the first thing that people are trying to lose weight removed from your diet?

Fat.

Is this justified?

FACT: Each gram of fat is a total of 9 kcal of energy. FACT: Protein and carbohydrates contain a much lower efficiency of only 4 kcal per gram.

For many people on a weight loss diet that is perfectly logical to reduce fat intake and reduce your caloric intake, allowing you to remove fat from the body. What many people do not realize is that you need to reduce the specific fats and all fat.

Contrary to what you may have heard, saturated and unsaturated fats are essential nutrients in our diet, as most hormones and cells of your body is made or consisting of fat, including sex hormones, the testosterone and estrogen that govern exactly how, where and why we store stubborn body fat, especially around curiously abdomen.

Many vitamins like A, D, E and K are fat soluble in fact, so the lack of fat in the diet can increase the risk of nutrient deficiency. This is especially true of vitamin D which has been extensively studied as one of the most essential nutrients for overall health. Of particular interest is omega-3, which has demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties. Considering that many of today's diseases such as arthritis and heart disease are inflammatory in nature that makes perfect sense to integrate these fats in your diet.

Omega-3 rich foods are fatty fish such as tuna, salmon, mackerel and sardines, different types of nuts, especially walnuts and Brazil nuts and flax, eggs and meat from grass-fed beef and lamb. When any diet, are usually foods that are removed because their caloric intake relatively high.

Unfortunately, like most things, it is not as simple as putting more omega-3 in your diet. It is very important to reduce the consumption of omega 6. If you were to travel back in time to the Stone Age, the intake of omega-3 and omega-6 would have a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 parts of omega 3 and omega 6. Recent studies show that the average consumption in Western society here is about 1:16 ET even higher than 1:40, which could be related to our own increased our rates of obesity, poor health of the population. Omega 6 is decomposed by a specific pathway that promotes inflammation in the human body. Interestingly, increased inflammation is associated with an increased incidence of obesity and high levels of body fat that is produced by the deregulation of hormones. (You wonder why post-menopausal women tend to earn on average 2 kg of body fat?)

Therefore, the ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 is an important factor to reduce weight and improve overall health.

The verdict:

Increase your intake of foods rich in omega 3 and decrease intake of omega-6 fats found in most vegetable oils such as sunflower, corn and soybeans, processed foods and grain fed beef (instead of opt for grass fed meats). As always, accompany it with a diet and supplement well balanced with a healthy and active life and will be a great step towards your goals.
