We all know that staying hydrated is vital to know, but most of us find it difficult to drink enough water. With summer in full swing, it is particularly important to increase fluid intake.

Outdoor activities that may pose a risk of dehydration by heat and other diseases. So be careful when you are out and have fun under the sun.


Keep a glass on your bedside table or next to the sink, and start each day by drinking two glasses of water. Also drink a glass of water before each meal. Not only will you stay hydrated, but also prevents you from overeating.
