OK. I reached the point of being mentally aware to eat healthier and lose weight. But weight loss motivation tips I can realistically use on a daily basis to stay on track ?
One thing I've learned in 56 years on this planet , is that most people make changes in their habits when the pain of change is less than the load to continue the habit and what it produces . However, each has a threshold and tricks to ignore or justify the pain , at least to a different pain . If the habit is bad , it means that if you do check before some changes. Personally , I like a little bit here . So I thought I 'd try to hang around for a while.
First, you get some good scales and standing over them every morning. After a week or two to be good, you will see lower numbers and that is motivation in itself. Then go to the mall or big box retailer and just look around . Notice how many people are overweight. Then look at how many are riding around on scooters disabled simply because they are too big to walk! This is what motivated me . Mercy ! It is a real shame. I know there are exceptions , but not so ! Then lower the threshold of what you're willing to put your subject. Even if your spouse or anyone think your right , but you know you're not, so make sure you uncomfortable and decided to make the necessary changes now . Look where you want to be in six months, and hope to be there .
If you've found some 30 minutes or more of intense exercise enough, 4 or more days a week , starts to feel like a champion. This is the key ! I can certainly attest to the fact that after only three weeks of the combination of aerobic and weight I gained momentum not only in losing weight, but I felt much better . And the better I felt , the more I wanted to feel that way . It does not take long to understand , even for me , the changes I made were the reasons why I felt much better and had much more energy . I promise. Just make it through the first 3-4 weeks you will notice a difference , you will be able to see what the fried chicken right in the crust and just smile and walk away.
