If you are familiar with my story and what I am, then you know that I am proof why diets do not work through. Someone always comes out with the latest diet book, tell us what we should and should not make you look slimmer, younger and more radiant and full of life.
In our fast paced world, we have lost sight of many aspects of life that truly nourish and balance the body, such as the slowing, cooked in some quality time at home and spend time with people loving meals. Eating consciously and making changes to the simple lifestyle create positive results and release the endless cycle regime.
These are my favorite ways big to lose weight without dieting:
1). Love Yourself
Get rid of negative self-talk. You are a perfectionist who is always saying "I'm not good enough"? They have a negative opinion about ourselves can have a big impact on who we are and what we do. Before we can try to change our bad habits that we should love and accept as we are (warts and all). How can you choose to love you today?
2) Learn to let go
We all have "things" that we want to let go. The weight of these things can have an emotional and physical attraction to our bodies. As we learn to let go of things that no longer serve us, we open ourselves to new possibilities and start getting what we need. I invite you to think about what needs to be let go. Imagine what your life would be like if no longer with you.
3). Be positive
Positive thoughts lead to positive actions. Ask yourself how I want to feel? If you want to feel good to think good thoughts. By putting positive thoughts into the universe and follow through positive actions, you will see positive results. Start your day with a positive thought of love that you and your life! "I accept and believe peace in my mind and heart."
4.) Practice Patience
Any change of lifestyle to achieve their goals makes take time. To make positive changes that will last a lifetime, we have to do it slowly. It requires patience. Everyone loses weight at a different pace. If we give up or lose the motivation that we can never achieve our goals. It takes hard work and discipline, but also takes time. Life is long, what is the emergency?
5) Listen
Do you often rationalize or justify their eating habits? You are thinking, "Go ahead, you've been so good lately" or "you deserve it, you worked hard all day" or "might as well, you're fat anyway." Often, when we eat emotionally, is because our mind tells us. Our bodies do not want fat, sugar-coated snacks, fat. Our bodies want nutritious and satisfying. Learn to tune into your body. Ask her what she wants.
6). Eat Mindfully
When we eat we eat consciously in the present moment. We are able to know when we are hungry and stop eating when we are full. Eating consciously means that we are aware of our food comes from, who grew and prepared. We take a moment to smell the delicious food we eat. Finally, be sure to chew your food slowly and savor every bite. Try to eat mindfully without distractions and see what happens.
Given the chance, your body will be balanced, but it is only possible to leave the diet mentality and listening to what you really need. Imagine taking all the energy out what's going on diets, fads and gimmicks and turning it inward, so that you can listen to your heart and inner wisdom.
There is no such thing as a quick fix, and you have everything you need within you. With careful thought and loving reflection, you can feed to nourish. Work with your body, not against it will bring increased energy, stabilized weight and sustainable health
